Here are some recent flicks, not much for the past two weeks or so but it’s something. Hopefully things are getting better weather wise and it looks like security has eased up a little bit at my benching area, so I’m looking forward to getting more photos. Enjoy.

Crappy weather most days, extra security at Webcrafters due to the shooting there recently and what appears to be more track work have really put a dent in my benchin’ during the week. Hopefully things will settle down at Webcrafters soon so their patrolmen will leave me alone and I can bench without worrying that I’m making people nervous. They’re all a little shaken up down there right now.

On Sunday I wasn’t sure I was going to make it down to the yard, but a little birdie told me to make sure that I did. I didn’t feel up to biking, but was luckily able to catch a ride, and boy am I glad I did. I’ve needed a boxcar bonanza like this for awhile. Somethings I’d caught already, but there were a lot of new things, including this gem right here:

Lots of other good stuff too. It was a good day to be lurking in the bushes, even if I did get a pretty gnarly case of stinging nettle. All for the love of the game.

And of course, with it comes my usual backlog of photos. I finally got around to taking care of the photos from the past few weeks and let me tell you, it’s been a good month so far. Could use a little more action and a little more time to edit and post photos, but for now I’ll take what I got.

I hadn’t caught any CP/Soo action lately, but I got lucky today and got down to the yard as they were making an interchange with WSOR. I wasn’t able to hang around to catch it heading all the way out, but I did get some shots while the train was being put together.

Opal and I have been back on the road for about a week now, which means hitting the yard almost everyday. I missed one or two days, but the days I did get down there were very fruitful. It’s good to be back on track. My soul feels a lot better. Onto the flicks so I can hit the road!

Starting to get back into the swing of things a little bit. Still not on the bicycle but I have been making some trips down to the yard in the morning before work which so far has yielded some good results. All the snow is gone, the weather appears to be holding and I can’t wait to really get this show on the road.
