Hey there. Long time no flicks ‘eh? You’re telling me! December is always a brutally slow month for me regarding benching and flicks, but hopefully things will pick up again next month. In the meantime, I’m off to Chicago for New Year’s and to spend some quality time with some freights down there. I imagine (and really hope!) that I’ll be back with a boatload of graff, trains and other photos. In the meantime, here are some of the graffiti flicks I took in California that I never posted. I have more too, but this kicks it off and eventually I’ll have the rest up.
Photos are from various locations that include: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Venice Beach and my hometown of San Bernardino. And as you’ll probably notice, a lot of photos were taken from the car.

Not much to really say about this set of flicks. Sunday on the way to work I strolled past the backyard to see what was up and had my heart broken by two strings of boxcars, one with a nice set of TBOXs that I could only look at from a distance. There was some activity at the front yard that I missed which only added insult to injury. It was warm for a few days after all the snow we got but foggy and dreary otherwise. Looking forward to this weekend which will hopefully afford me a little more yard time.

The snow has officially arrived. These photos are from Monday after we got our first significant measurable snow. As I post this though, the city is currently trying to come out from underneath an all out blizzard. Everything is shut down and there is so much snow everywhere. But it’s December in Wisconsin, so what can we really expect right?
And we’re just getting started on winter.

Yes, winter is here. It hasn’t been too bad yet, just a little snow and colder temps, but with storms forecasted, it only gets worse from here. Already we’re all asking: Is it Spring YET?!

Yup that’s all I’ve got. I’m actually looking forward to getting some real snow. Winter at the yard can be kind of fun when you’ve got a good pair of boots.
Stay warm everybody!
